The Admissions and Registration Coordinator manages the administrative aspects of patient encounters to ensure an ideal patient experience while maintaining accurate demographic and insurance information. This role provides courteous assistance to patients and supports the clinical care team in a high-intensity, 24/7 environment. The position requires proficiency in Epic Patient Access, Grand Central, and Hospital Billing modules to execute registrations, scheduling, and time-of-service collections.
