This role supports facility operations by managing the admissions process to increase resident census and ensure a positive experience for residents and families. The position involves planning and monitoring daily Admissions Department operations, screening patients against admission criteria, and coordinating with other departments to facilitate timely communication and appropriate services. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining accurate bed availability records, educating referral sources, and nurturing relationships with physicians and discharge planners to maximize referrals.
