Admitting ED Registrar

The Admitting/ED Registrar at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary registers and admits patients in the hospital information system while verifying insurance eligibility and collecting copayments. This role involves interacting with internal and external customers to ensure efficient patient and financial flow, as well as managing bed assignments and securing follow-up appointments for Emergency Department patients.
