Adolescent DBT Counselor

The Adolescent DBT Counselor provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy–focused mental health and substance use counseling to adolescents, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual, family, and group sessions. The role includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, mentorship through a robust onboarding program, and flexible scheduling with evening hours.
