Adoption Associate

The Adoption Associate creates pathways to new homes for animals by guiding adopters through thoughtful, conversation-based matchmaking and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role supports foster and rescue placements, ensures accurate record-keeping, and serves as the public face of the organization to build lifelong relationships between pets and families.
