About this role

ElevenLabs is seeking an Adoption Strategist to drive customer adoption of its AI voice and creative platforms by building scalable implementation processes and enablement programs. This role requires deep product expertise in ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative to audit customer configurations, develop data-driven strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-value for corporate and midmarket clients. The ideal candidate is a technical builder who can create automated workflows and playbooks without writing code, focusing on high-volume scaling rather than custom account management.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes for customers
Develop deep product expertise across ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative platforms
Audit customer agent prompts and configurations to identify adoption gaps
Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven strategies with Revenue Operations
Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted enablement campaigns
