ADP High School Coach

The High School Coach provides individualized educational, employment, and housing support to high school graduates and young people in foster care through a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. This full-time role involves building trusting relationships with up to 15 young people, monitoring their progress toward academic and independent living goals, and collaborating with families, schools, and external stakeholders. The position requires a minimum one- to two-year commitment to ensure consistent support and meaningful professional development.
