The ADU Sales Consultant at a top residential construction company in Sacramento is responsible for driving sales of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) through in-person presentations to qualified leads, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with teams to create tailored solutions. This role requires at least two years of B2C sales experience in relevant sectors and proficiency in English and ideally Russian. The consultant will utilize CRM and AI tools to manage the sales pipeline while working locally in the Greater Sacramento Area.
