The Adult Basic Education Technician at CNM provides essential administrative and operational support to the ABE Department, managing student intake, registration, and standardized assessments for High School Equivalency and ESL programs. This role ensures compliance with federal and state grant requirements by maintaining accurate student records, tracking instructional hours, and interpreting confidential test data reports. The technician also facilitates a supportive learning environment by training faculty on testing policies, resolving disputes, and assisting students with troubleshooting computer issues in labs.
