The Advance Practice Provider (APP) works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized ICU care for pediatric patients in an urban tertiary care center. The role involves functioning as a frontline provider, managing complex medical conditions, and supporting families through education and care coordination. This position requires independent participation in hospital-wide rapid response calls and adherence to evidence-based clinical practices.
