PETA Foundation
PETA's peta2 Youth Program is seeking an Advanced Intern to inspire young people to advocate for animal rights through social media content creation, event representation, and campaign development. The role involves collaborating with the team on outreach initiatives, organizing local protests, and leading a personal animal rights campaign. This position offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at the world's largest animal rights organization.
The Foundation to Support Animal Protection (FSAP), also known as the PETA Foundation, is a nonprofit established in 1993 to provide administrative, legal, accounting, creative, and technology support services to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and certain other charitable animal‑protection organizations. FSAP manages back‑office functions such as employee benefits, database management, accounting, legal services, and creative consultation so advocacy groups can focus on campaigns and outreach. PETA, the organization FSAP supports, is the world’s largest animal‑rights organization with more than 10.4 million members and supporters and campaigns against speciesism across areas including laboratories, the food industry, clothing, and entertainment through investigations, public education, rescues, legislation, and public events.
