The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Busbar EMEA leads the industrialization strategy, manufacturing readiness, and technology roadmap for the Busbar product line across the EMEA region, overseeing sites in the UAE and Ireland. The role is responsible for NPDI readiness, prototype and pilot support, capacity and CAPEX planning, and standardizing processes to ensure safe, scalable, and efficient production.
