Advanced Manufacturing Open Enrollment Programs Coordinator

This role manages the daily operations of Advanced Manufacturing Open Enrollment programs and supports NC Edge Customized Training initiatives through planning, coordination, and continuous improvement. The position oversees course scheduling, instructors, facilities, budgets, and regulatory compliance while supporting instructional activities as needed. It also involves developing workforce training programs, leading marketing and recruitment efforts, and building partnerships with business, industry, and community organizations. The coordinator manages program data, reporting, and assessments while maintaining proficiency in required software systems and supporting the college's mission and values.
