The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead is a clinical leadership role supporting the APP team within Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s pediatric surgery services. The position combines a primary patient care role (minimum 0.8 FTE) with oversight of APP practice standards, professional development, and competency management. The role operates on a variable schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Doctorate in Nursing Practice or Medical Science (Preferred)
- RN Licensure (Georgia or Multi-State)
- APRN Licensure (Georgia) or PA Licensure (Georgia)
- ANCC Certification
- AANP Certification
- PNCB Certification
- NCCPA Certification
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS (or NRP for Neonatology, where applicable)
