Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery involves collaborating with a board-certified plastic surgeon to manage patients independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on the aesthetic side of the practice. The position includes responsibilities such as post-op appointments, skin biopsies, breast and high-risk breast patient management, and skin health. Additionally, the role leads the aesthetic side of the medical group practice, performing injectable treatments, advanced facial and body rejuvenation, and administering laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and body contouring technologies. The APP also evaluates patients' aesthetic goals to develop customized non-surgical treatment plans and medical grade skincare regimens, while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
