About this role

This role supports a team of five Cardiology Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologists by providing inpatient hospital coverage, outpatient clinic support, and intramural ED consults. The position involves a structured schedule combining four-day ten-hour shifts at a St. George clinic with weekly inpatient rotations that include weekend coverage and periodic outreach to Cedar City and Mesquite. Candidates must possess extensive EP experience and adhere to a rigorous physical training program to assist with patient care, equipment manipulation, and manual dexterity tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiac care
Collaborate closely with assigned EP Cardiologist on patient cases
Perform complex electrophysiology procedures and device training
Respond to emergency department consults and triage needs
Utilize precision manual dexterity for patient monitoring and transport
