About this role
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Shepherd Center provides autonomous, advanced clinical care for critically ill and complex rehabilitation patients, performing comprehensive assessments, diagnosing, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic treatments. The role involves managing a caseload under physician supervision, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting families, and participating in clinical research and quality improvement. It supports care across spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and other complex conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
