A 12-month Advanced Practice Provider (APP) fellowship at University Hospital - ULP - CMG in Louisville, KY that prepares Advanced Practice Registered Nurses for independent acute care practice. The program combines core rotations, elective time, didactics, precepted and autonomous clinical experiences to advance clinical skills and professional development. Fellows focus on leadership, inter-professional communication, addressing health disparities, and transitioning to autonomous APP roles.
