About this role
The General Surgery and Trauma Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is an APRN or PA who delivers advanced clinical care to general surgery and trauma patients across the continuum (clinic, inpatient, operating room, trauma bay). The role works independently and collaboratively with surgeons and the health care team, supports patient transitions between units, and participates in trauma activations, procedures, and clinical documentation. The position may include variable hours, holidays, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
