Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, or CNS) providing primary care across the lifespan in an outpatient ambulatory setting with some inpatient rounding. The role practices collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team within Cleveland Clinic’s integrated care model, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. APPs have independent patient visits with physician support and access to specialty referrals and institutional resources.
