Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Harmony Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to provide direct clinical care, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based pharmacotherapy for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring medical conditions. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within an integrated outpatient clinic setting, incorporating Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) and primary care screening. This position reports to the Clinic Medical Director and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to support integrated clinical operations and quality outcomes.
