Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) position within Cleveland Clinic Primary Care Institute providing primary and internal medicine care at the Summit Adult Medicine Center in Fairlawn, OH. The role practices in a collaborative, physician-aligned model managing follow-up visits and established patients, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Schedule is daytime, Monday–Friday with 4×10-hour shifts at an on-site medical office building.
