About this role
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a clinical member of the Department of Surgery responsible for managing surgical patients across pre-, peri-, and post-operative settings. The APP practices under the direction of the Chief of Surgery and attending surgeons, covering BID-Needham surgical patients and participating in assessments, admissions, operative assistance, and discharge planning. The role involves hands-on patient care, procedural support in the OR and ED, and coordination with surgical teams.
