About this role

The St. Charles Urgent Care APP provides urgent and acute medical services to patients, performing basic physical exams, stabilizing patients, and referring those needing higher-level care. This role requires experience in emergency department, urgent care, or primary care settings with substantial acute care exposure within a collaborative environment. Staff members must be available to cover shifts across multiple regional locations and locations.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care
Diagnose and manage minor illnesses and injuries
Stabilize patients requiring higher levels of care
Document patient care in compliance with hospital policies
Perform emergency patient codes per ACLS and PALS guidelines
