The Advanced Producibility Engineer drives New Product Introduction from RF MMIC design concept through high-volume production, combining deep RF circuit design expertise with productization experience to deliver manufacturable solutions for advanced Defense Electronics applications. This role involves co-developing innovative GaN and GaAs MMIC technologies for radars, electronic warfare, and space systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design and production readiness. The position requires hands-on design validation, device characterization, and yield improvement to bridge the gap between simulation and measured performance.
