About this role

This role supports large-scale statistical experiment design and analysis to evaluate innovative ideas in thin-film processes within a state-of-the-art R&D solar fabrication facility. The position involves compiling integrated stories of discovery from disparate data sources, applying advanced statistics and data science techniques to recognize patterns, and creating actionable insights. The role serves as a lead statistician for project teams, providing expertise, oversight, and guidance on analysis efforts while supporting training and direction for Advanced Research Engineers.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze large-scale statistical experiments to evaluate innovative thin-film processes
Develop predictive models and perform meta-analysis to synthesize independent experiment findings
Provide statistical expertise and training to Advanced Research Engineers on DOE and modeling
