The Merchant Sentiment Specialist on DoorDash’s New Verticals Merchant Experience team supports Managed Merchants to ensure their success on the platform by delivering high-quality merchant support and partnership with Account Owners. The role is part of Merchant Experience Ops and contributes to optimizing merchant-facing systems and support centers as DoorDash scales its retail offerings. The position requires in-office presence at the Tempe corporate office and may include evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
