Advancement Coordinator

The Advancement Coordinator provides administrative, operational, database, fundraising, and event support for the Office of University Advancement at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, this mid-level position plays a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, advancement services, grant coordination, and foundation operations. The coordinator serves as a key resource for donor database management, gift processing, reporting, constituent communications, and event support.
