Advancement & Fundraising Strategy

This role leads the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the institutional advancement goals of the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute and Texas Children’s Research Institute. The position involves overseeing major gift initiatives, managing a high-performing advancement team, and cultivating key donor relationships to drive philanthropic growth. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and leadership to establish fundraising priorities, manage campaigns, and ensure effective donor engagement and stewardship.
