Advertisers Support Specialist

The Advertisers Support Specialist will assist small and medium-sized businesses in Lisbon with pre- and post-sales support for self‑service digital advertising products, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying client challenges. The role requires fluent Russian and English, at least six months of customer service experience, and the ability to work independently and in a team within a shift rotation.
