About this role

The role is a chemistry position within Lilly’s Bioproduct Research and Development (BR&D) organization focused on small-molecule drug-linker synthetic chemistry at the small-molecule–biologics interface. The position supports development and commercialization of biologic therapeutics, including antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), and interfaces closely with internal discovery, toxicology, and synthetic molecule design groups. This is a full-time position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
