The Advisor/Senior Advisor - Antibody Developability Validation & Benchmarking at Lilly leads the validation of AI-powered federated learning models for antibody developability. Responsibilities

Build canonical benchmark suites covering full antibody developability portfolios
Architect privacy-preserving protocols for constructing representative test sets
Integrate validation frameworks with the TuneLab federated learning platform
Design statistically powered validation studies accounting for hierarchical data structures
Partner with scientists on architectural and feature choices affecting validation
