Advisor I, Program Mental Health

The Advisor I, Program Mental Health oversees the mental health content area within the Head Start program, ensuring the implementation of mental and behavioral health services in compliance with Head Start regulations and federal requirements. This role supports a culture that promotes children's mental health and social-emotional well-being by providing training, technical assistance, and coaching to staff, parents, and community partners. The position is responsible for maintaining fidelity in service delivery, facilitating behavior support processes, and building a network of mental health service providers for low-income families.
