Advisor I, Program Mental Health

The Advisor I, Program Mental Health oversees the mental health content area within the Head Start program, ensuring the implementation of mental and behavioral health services in compliance with Head Start regulations and federal requirements. This role supports a culture that promotes children's mental health, social-emotional well-being, and safety by providing training, technical assistance, and coaching to staff, families, and community partners. The position is responsible for maintaining high-quality service delivery, conducting observations, and facilitating behavior support processes to foster positive outcomes for young children.
