Advisor, Lifecycle and Retention

The Advisor, Lifecycle & Retention manages and evolves email marketing and CRM programs at Sport Chek to deepen customer relationships and drive repeat conversions. This role owns the execution of email campaigns, develops segmentation strategies, and implements retention programs to increase customer lifetime value. The position requires collaboration with broader business strategies to ensure personalized and timely communications across the customer journey.
