About this role

Lilly is seeking an Advisor to support analytical development for genetic medicines and advanced therapy medicinal products, focusing on developing and qualifying analytical methods for drug substance and drug product quality. This role involves working in a GMP laboratory environment to execute PCR-based and immunoassay methods while collaborating within a cross-functional CMC team to ensure regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will author technical reports, maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, and support technology transfer activities for early-phase studies through commercial readiness.

Responsibilities

Develop and qualify PCR-based methods for viral vector genome titration
Execute immunoassay platforms for residual host cell protein testing
Apply molecular biology techniques for product characterization
Contribute analytical control strategies for genetic medicine drugs
Author analytical method reports and technology transfer packages
