About this role

Lilly is seeking an Advisor for the BRD Analytical Development team to support the analytical development of genetic medicines and advanced therapy medicinal products. This primarily laboratory-based role involves developing and qualifying analytical methods for drug substance and drug product characterization across the organization's genetic medicine portfolio. The Advisor will work within a cross-functional CMC development environment to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and qualify analytical methods for genetic medicine drug substances
Execute PCR-based methods for viral vector genome titration
Apply molecular biology techniques for product characterization
Contribute to analytical control strategies and critical quality attributes
Support assay validation activities per ICH Q2 guidelines
