About this role

The Advisor, Operations Data & Analytics serves as a strategic partner to Upstream Operations, transforming operational and production data into actionable decisions that enhance field performance and efficiency. This role manages the end-to-end analytics stack, including Snowflake data models, Spotfire and Power BI dashboards, and Streamlit applications, to support daily operations. The position requires a blend of upstream oil & gas expertise and advanced data engineering and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end reporting stack from source ingestion to final dashboard
Develop and optimize Snowflake data models and automated Python workflows
Build and administer advanced Spotfire and Power BI dashboards for field audiences
