About this role
Site WHS Lead for a major port infrastructure upgrade, responsible for leading workplace health and safety across a multi‑disciplinary marine and civil project. The role reports to the Senior Advisor, Health & Safety and focuses on improving safety outcomes through risk management, incident investigation, contractor assurance and coaching field teams. The position supports a strong safety culture on site and uses data insights to drive continuous improvement.
