Advisor Service Manager

The Advisor Service Manager supports prospective and high-volume 401(k) advisors by managing day-to-day inquiries and proactively reviewing their business to drive growth and client loyalty. This role involves delivering an optimal service experience, recommending value-added features, and partnering with Sales and Retirement Channel Managers to expand the advisor's ADP book of business. The position requires a consultative approach to resolve complex inquiries related to plan design, compliance, and reporting while ensuring a thriving relationship with mutual clients.
