The Advisor / Sr Advisor – Synthetic Molecule Process Engineer provides technical oversight of process development activities at a strategic Indian contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). This role acts as the technical bridge between Lilly scientists and the CDMO, reviewing strategies, ensuring alignment with requirements, and escalating risks. The position involves applying engineering fundamentals to design and optimize drug substance chemical processes across various therapeutic modalities.
