About this role

Human Rights Watch is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Partner for a six-month temporary assignment to provide immediate, flexible capacity to the People & Culture team. The role primarily focuses on talent acquisition and global mobility, with support for onboarding and other priority needs across the function. The position will maintain continuity during planned absences and report to the Associate Director and Director of People & Culture.

Responsibilities

Manage talent acquisition searches from intake through offer and onboarding
Coordinate global mobility operations including relocations and immigration
Supervise the Talent Acquisition team and support People & Culture priorities
