Advisory and Wealth Planning Journey Lead at Barclays responsible for delivering the Advisory Strategy for the Private Bank and ensuring Product & Commercial COO teams achieve their objectives. The role coordinates activity across Operations and Technology, acting as a conduit between senior COO leadership, tribes, product leaders, and infrastructure partners to enable strategy delivery within bank policies and regulation. It also owns end-to-end local platform management including strategy design, execution, regulatory risk mitigation, and platform development.
