Advocate

The Advocate position supports YWCA Greater Cincinnati's mission by maintaining a safe, secure, temporary shelter for adults and children who are survivors of intimate partner violence. This role involves providing crisis intervention, safety planning, and emotional support to residents while managing hotline calls and ensuring a trauma-informed environment. The position requires consistent engagement to foster positive relationships and assist residents with their immediate and short-term needs.
