About this role

The AEM Architect / Tech Lead will define migration strategy and target architecture for moving an on-premises AEM deployment to AEM as a Cloud Service, lead a team of developers through the migration, and guide the upgrade path to Java 21. The role involves hands‑on technical leadership, performance and security design, and client communication for a large multi‑brand website project.
