About this role

This role serves as an experienced AEM Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert to strengthen and scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities within AcS GDC. As a key member of the AEM Competency leadership team, the professional drives technical excellence, oversees architecture for AEM and Edge Delivery Services, and integrates Generative and Agentic AI into digital solutions. The position also involves people leadership to mentor high-performing teams and provide pre-sales support for complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical vision for AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Service
Establish and standardize architecture best practices, frameworks, and governance models
Drive adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across digital experience use cases
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AEM developers and architects
Provide pre-sales support including technical estimations and architecture blueprints
