Aerospace Component Assembly

This position is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, marking, cleaning, and packaging precision aerospace valve components and finished products in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, customer specifications, and established quality requirements. The role involves performing mechanical assembly using approved tools and fixtures, verifying component identity and traceability, and conducting functional, leak, and pressure testing. The Technician maintains accurate production and quality records, identifies nonconforming product, and ensures all work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable quality-system and customer requirements.
