Aerospace Instrumentation Technician

CUBRC is seeking an electronics or instrumentation technician to build and wire precision sensors and force balances for hypersonic wind tunnels and flight testing. The role involves installing strain gages, soldering fine magnet wire under a microscope, assembling precision components, and troubleshooting assemblies to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. As part of a small Dayton-based team, the technician will independently manage assigned projects from initial assembly through testing and completion.
