Aerospace Mechanical Technical Support Apprentice (Level 3)

Leonardo offers a paid apprenticeship program combining academic training at Yeovil College with practical work placements across various engineering departments. The role focuses on theoretical engineering aspects, including planning, scheduling, design, development, and testing of mechanical systems for helicopters. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in areas such as structural design, rotor and transmission design, materials laboratory, and transmissions, with the goal of securing a final placement based on business needs and demonstrated skills.
