About this role
The Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the firm's Customer Risk Rating methodology and own the preparation and execution of the Annual Risk Analysis. This role strengthens the financial crime framework, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and auditors. The position requires close collaboration with First Line of Defence, KYC/Onboarding, technology, and audit teams across the organisation.
